Poor quality number/name on shirt. Sent email to ask for refund. Email reply asking to send photos. No further response one month later despite further follow ups. Terrible customer service experience.

GREAT PRICES AND DISCOUNT OFF FOOTBALL GEAR TOP ETC

I’ve got my second top from here this week after ordering a full kids kit last month.

The price and quality was superb, my son wanted a name and number print and league badges on his Napoli kit and all were prepared with official patches and set.

I had to contact customer service about an issue with my first top, they responded within an hour and sent a replacement that day, and told me to keep the original top that had the minor issue, the replacement was perfect.

Delivery of my first order took two weeks, the second order slightly quicker. I got a text with a tracking link when Royal Mail received it then it was delivered a couple of days later.

Good quality kits! Customer service is fast. I wish they’d ship to Switzerland again, they used to do it in the past.

Last west ham away kit I purchased was a different colour to the what it should be and can be long waits on deliveries. Quality aways seems to be good though

What’s not to like? I couldn’t afford for my boys to have the shirts they want anywhere else. Soccerlord means my children don’t have to miss out because greedy football clubs charge a fortune!

Love this company for my football mad son. He doesnt just love 1 team so it's great that I can buy him a variety of strips from different teams @ great prices. The quality of the strips are brilliant too!! :)

Bought 3 shirts recently and the badges on the arms weren’t stuck on properly so contacted them regarding this and they were so helpful. They exchanged the shirts straight which was so good of them . Shirts themselves r decent quality and last a season as long as u wash them properly. Will definitely use again and have done for years
